We wish to present as well as encourage you to read the results of the ex-post evaluation research of the Cross-border Cooperation Programme Poland-Belarus-Ukraine 2007-2013.

The subject of the research was the evaluation of the Programme achievements. The evaluation covered all 117 projects carried out within the frames of the Programme for years 2007-2013. The researchers team focused especially on the completion stage of assumed objectives and the influence of the Programme’s implementation on the supported areas. They also assessed the effectiveness and rationality of the support provided basing on the criteria such as effectiveness, relevance, usefulness, durability. The research confirms positive impact of the Programme as well as identifies issues to be eventually improved.
