An information seminar for unified territorial communities was held in Ivano-Frankivsk

Informational seminar "Methodology of Cross-Border Project Development” was held in Ivano-Frankivsk on 20-21 August 2018 with the purpose to provide informational support to newly formed territorial communities in the preparation of cross-border projects. The event was organized by the Cross-border Cooperation Programme Poland-Belarus-Ukraine 2014-2020 and the Association of Local Self-Governments "Euroregion Carpathians - Ukraine".

In his welcome speech, Mr. Oleksandr Hanushchyn, the Chairman of the Lviv Oblast Council, underlined the importance of the seminar for the newly formed united territorial communities and a good opportunity to get acquainted with the requirements European projects development.

Mr. Leszek Buller, Director of the Center for European Projects, emphasized the nowadays challenges, a certain responsibility of the Polish side to transfer knowledge and experience, related to the implementation of European projects, which once European partners also shared with representatives of local governments and public organizations in Poland.

The seminar was attended by representatives of almost 100 united territorial communities of all Ukrainian regions covered by the Program.
