4th European Congress of Local Governments

Representatives of the CBC Programme Poland-Belarus-Ukraine will take part in the 4^th European Congress of Local Governments.  The Programme will organize an information stand, and the Head of the JTS will participate in the discussion panel: “The Authenticity of the Carpathian Region: the role of non-governmental organizations in conservation and promotion of cultural heritage.
