This year's Annual Conference of the Programme is combined with a concert celebrating the 15th anniversary of cooperation between Poland, Belarus and Ukraine under the European Union funds. On the occasion of the jubilee, the Joint Technical Secretariat together with the Program Branch offices  a series of 15 events under the joint title of "Cross-border Melodies".
