The Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 26, 2019 No. 661 "On implementation of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of August 9, 2019 No. 304" was published (http://pravo.by/novosti/novosti-pravo-by/2019/september/40363/).
This document introduced a new order of CBC Projects registration in Belarus and the procedure of approval of lists of goods, works and services within CBC Projects (concerning beneficiaries' own contribution).
