Inauguration Conference for microprojects.

We are pleased to invite you for our Opening Conference for micro-projects.

The Conference will take place in Białowieża on 29-30 October, 2019.

The Conference serves as an opportunity to present the current state of the Programme, its nearest future, exchange experience and meet beneficiaries of all micro-projects selected within 2^nd Call for Proposals.

In order to register for the conference, please fill in the Registration Form. On-line registration is open from 11 till 18 October 2019.  Please be informed that we can register only a limited number of participants thus we kindly invite only one person per organization.

The participants may also use free following services: 1 or 2-night accommodation (double rooms, hotels in Białowieża),  transport to Białowieża by coaches/minibuses, catering - according to the information given in the Registration Form.

The languages of the conference: Polish, Ukrainian, Russian (simultaneous translation).

NOTE

Sending the form is not tantamount to acceptance for participation in the conference. After the verification of applications, each participant will receive a separate e-mail with confirmation of admission to the conference.

The Opening Conference is financed from the EU sources therefore the participation is free of charge.
