The Joint Technical Secretariat (JTS) and the three Branch Offices (BO) kindly invite potential applicants within the 3^rd Call for Proposals to register in advance for consultations on the preparation of the Application Form.

Where: consultations will take place in Poland (JTS/Warsaw; Rzeszów BO), Belarus (Brest BO) and Ukraine (Lviv BO).

When: consultations are possible on week days  from 9 December (Monday) to 20 December 2019 (Friday) and on first days of January 2020 only after prior registration.

Please be reminded that according to the Programme rules, the purpose of the consultations is to provide technical advice focusing on the action plan and the budget and will cover descriptive, financial and communication issues. Due to high interest expected, one consultation per institution shall be available (a 30-minute meeting, please prepare questions in advance). Please note that consultations are of advisory nature only and in any case shall be a subject to guarantee the EU funds granting.

Beneficiaries are also invited to ask questions in writing, such may be sent to the JTS (at pbu@pbu2020.eu) no later than 21 calendar days before the deadline for the submission of the Application Form i.e. no later than 26 December 2019.
