We would like to inform that on 6^th December 2019 the Joint Monitoring Committee of the Programme approved the updated version of the Programme Manual part II. The document was modified in the following parts:

• Chapter 2.4.2 is supplemented by the procedure for appealing to the result of the auditor's verification;
• Introduction of chapter 3.6 Settlement of staff costs on a basis of a lump sum – in accordance with the interpretation of Managing Authority regarding the lump sum from 21^st November 2019. More information you can find here.

The document comes into force on the date it is published on the Programme website and replaces the previous version of the Manual part II.

The document in English is available here. The other language versions will be provided by the end of December 2019.

Please also note that the English version of the manual is official and binding and takes precedence over working translation into other language versions (Polish, Russian or Ukrainian).
