More information can be found in the pdf file below.

The implementation of the CBCentres project began on 1st April 2019. As the main assumption of the project is to promote cultural and ethnic diversity, three cross-border Centers for Dialogue of Cultures are being created one in each country (Szczuczyn in Poland, Ščučyn in Belarus and Kovel in Ukraine). These buildings are based on former sports objects. Construction works are underway accordingly to the schedule. The building in Polish Szczuczyn is ready in 40% - internal fences were demolished, foundations of the administrative building were made and the building is finished by now. The Ukrainian Kovel began the construction works in June this year. Windows and doors are installed in the building, interior works are underway. Finally, the Belarusian Ščučyn is in the course of infrastructure activities as well. The outdoor paving is laid in 90%. The frame of the building structure was constructed and placed and the roof covering and additional elements of the spillway system are under installation. Inside the premises, dismantling has been completed and sewage system, water supply, electricity and ventilation are approaching the final stage. At the moment the investment progress is estimated at 85% and by April 2020 construction works will be completed. Partners have now focused on developing regional tourism development strategies and cities promotion.

According to the grant contract, the project should be completed by 31st March 2021.
