In order to facilitate the projects to minimize the negative impact of the epidemic, the JMC of the Programme approved a supplement to Programme Manuals and Guidelines on expenditure verification regarding situation caused by COVID-19.

It includes instructions for the beneficiaries and possible simplifications. 

The document is published in section Documents -> IMPLEMENTATION PHASE -> Large Infrastructure Projects/Regular projects/Micro projects of the website.

The new rules are valid until further notice.
