Please be informed that on 16^th July 2020 the Joint Monitoring Committee, in regards to the changes of the Ukrainian Public Procurement Law, approved the update of the following documents:

1. Large Infrastructure Projects Application and Implementation Process.

The document was modified in the following parts:

• Updating of Chapter 3.1 Tendering procedures
• Introduction of Annex 9. General Rules of Procurement by Beneficiaries within the PBU Projects

The document in English is available here and published in section Documents -> IMPLEMENTATION PHASE -> Large Infrastructural Projects

2. Programme Manual Part I

The document was modified in the following parts:

• Update of the Annex 10. General Rules of Procurement by Beneficiaries within the PBU Projects.

The document in English is available here and published in section Documents -> IMPLEMENTATION PHASE -> Regular projects. The other language versions will be also available on our website in the nearest future.

3. Guidelines on expenditure verification

The document was modified in the following parts:

• Article 1.3.3.2
• Annex 6. Checklist for Public Procurement Control for the UA Beneficiaries.

The document in English is available here and published in section Documents -> IMPLEMENTATION PHASE -> Large Infrastructural Projects/Regular projects/Micro-projects. The other language versions will be also available on our website in the nearest future.

All above-mentioned document comes into force on the date they are published on the Programme website and replace the previous version of documents.

Please also note that the English versions of documents are official and binding and takes precedence over working translation into other language versions (Polish, Russian or Ukrainian).
