Please be informed that on 18^th August 2020, a new version of BK2021 application will be launched.
On the same day, the previous version of the application (BK) will be blocked and accessible only through the new address: archiwum.bazakonkurencyjnosci.funduszeeuropejskie.gov.pl

Starting of 18^th August 2020, it will be impossible to publish new announcements on the previous version of the website.

The functionality of the new application

BK2021 will handle procurement notices both for projects of the current and the next financial perspective. In addition to higher efficiency, the new application offers also the possibility of submitting bids throughout the system.
It will be compatible with all applications of the 2021-2027 programming period.

Training version of BK2021

In order to support future users, from 24^th July 2020, a training version of the new application was made available.
Three types of instructions are also helpful for users in getting acquainted with BK2021: contextual instruction in the application itself, multimedia instructions and instructions in the form of a document.

Messages regarding the implementation of the new application “Competitiveness Base”, are posted on the application's website, users should follow the information about any changes.
