Cross-Border Cooperation Programme Poland-Belarus-Ukraine is being promoted within the “2020 East of Culture” Festival. This event takes place in Bialystok, Lublin and Rzeszow (PL) and presents the cultural richness of the borderlands of Central and Eastern Europe. Every year the festival gathers around 300.000 people who take part in numerous live concerts, performances and exhibitions. This year, despite the restrictions of the COVID-19 pandemic, over 100 artists from different countries are participating in it, as well.

Our Programme is a partner of this event for the second time and specially for this occasion we have prepared a promotional spot.
