This is another year in which the Programme and its Beneficiaries participate in the European Funds Open Days (EFOD) – the largest event presenting projects co-financed by the European Union in Poland. EFOD is also a part of a wider campaign conducted by the European Commission: #europeinmyregion, which presents projects implemented with EU support.
This year's edition is organized entirely online and is already open!
Four PBU 2014-2020 projects will present their achievements and promote their activities: Tyzeunhaus, CrossEMS, IBSSSouth and BugUnitesUs. Event 'participants' will be able to see how the border surveillance cameras work, what the rescue training of Polish and Belarusian firefighters looks like as well as will have a chance to plunge into the atmosphere of the 18th century Hrodna city during a virtual walk. Those attractions will be available online in the coming week at www.dniotwarte.eu. Additionally, the BugUnitesUs project will provide a live broadcast during the final event held on 25-27th September. Project representatives prepared various activities related to canoeing, incl. a canoe show with canoeing masters or kayak construction workshops. Viewers can attend the event live in Drohiczyn or online.
We strongly encourage you to take part in all events during the European Funds Open Days.
Also we invite you to participate in the competitions supporting the campaign:
1 / Competition – “Closer than you think!”
It is open to everyone. Just look around and make a short movie showing the effects of EU grants in your area. Attractive prizes await the authors of the best films.
2 / Competition - "Show us your project"
It is addressed to the Beneficiaries of European Funds. As part of the competition, you have to send a film promoting the achievements of the implemented activities. The competition offers attractive prizes, production of a professional film and extensive promotion.
