Please be informed that on 5^th January 2021 the Joint Monitoring Committee, in reference to the Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2020/879 of 23 June 2020 amending Implementing Regulation (EU) No 897/2014, approved the update of the following documents:

Programme Manual Part I and Part II

The main changes include:

• additional context of the COVID-19 pandemic - direct award for the healthcare projects,
• clarification of settlement of contractual penalties provisions,
• clarification on the settlement of lump sums,
• salaries paid separately from derivatives update
• some technical modifications (current names of institutions participating in the Programme, etc.),
• additional notice on the COVID-19 related Supplement that still remains in effect (until further notice)

Documents in English are available here and published in section Documents -> IMPLEMENTATION PHASE -> Large Infrastructural Projects/Regular projects.

Programme Manual PBU2 and Programme Manual PBU3

The main changes include:

• update on information on contractual penalties,
• update on requirements for documenting expenses,
• update on saving the original infrastructure component,
• clarification of the length of the PBU3 contracting process,
• some technical modifications (current names of institutions participating in the Programme, etc.), 
• additional notice on the COVID-19 related Supplement that still remains in effect (until further notice)

Documents in English are available here and published in section Documents -> IMPLEMENTATION PHASE -> Micro-projects PBU2/ Micro-projects PBU3.

The other language versions will be also available on our website in the nearest future.

The above-mentioned documents come into force on the date they are published on the Programme website and replace the previous versions of documents.
