We are pleased to present the winning teams that qualified for the Finals of the Youth Education Campaign organized by the Programme on the occasion of the European Cooperation Day and the European Year of Youth. To qualify to the Finals, each team had to perform 3 tasks related to this year's slogan "CREATIVE, INNOVATIVE, ACTIVE!". In total, we received 22 applications from Poland and Ukraine.

In accordance with the General Rules, we selected the best 8 schools from each country to participate in the Final Event. We present them in alphabetical order.
