To follow the latest changes to the Programme Manuals (Supplement and other new tools for responding to the war situation), we have prepared a new version of the GUIDELINES ON EXPENDITURE VERIFICATION (7.0) available for download here.

The following sections of the guidelines were supplemented and updated:

• Supplemented “Glossary of terms”;
• Added new section “New rules as a consequence of the war”;
• All other articles adjusted to the added section
• Updated Annexes 3, 10a, 10b;
