The Programme Poland-(Belarus)-Ukraine is pleased to invite you for three Programme events that will be held as part of the Cross-border Cooperation Congress organized in Lublin on 5-7^th October 2022:

1. Discussion panel "Poland and Ukraine – time for even deeper cross-border relations" summarizing the activities of the Programme PL-(BY)-UA 2014-2020 and looking into the future of bilateral cooperation (06/10/22, 13:00-14:15 CET) - live broadcast on a streaming platform, simultaneous translation into PL-EN-UA;
2. Grants' Fair of the Interreg NEXT Programme Poland-Ukraine 2021-2027, during which the main assumptions of the Programme in the new 2021-2027 financial perspective will be presented (06/10/22, 15:00-16:00 CET) - live broadcast on a streaming platform, simultaneous translation into PL-EN-UA;
3. Partners’ Forum for future project partners under the Interreg NEXT Programme Poland-Ukraine 2021-2027. This event will be an opportunity to meet and select potential partners and identify fields of future cooperation (06/10/22, 16:30-18:30 CET) - without streaming, limited number of places - see below.

Attention! For the third of our events – Partners’ Forum – additional registration is required! Please tick this option and fill in the related fields included directly in the above mentioned registration form. Due to the limited number of places, registration for the Partners' Forum is not tantamount to qualification. On the basis of applications, we will invite to participate in the Forum max. 1 representative of each registered institution/organization located in the area of the Poland-Ukraine Programme 2021-2027, in total 50 persons from Poland and 50 persons from Ukraine.

Qualified participants of the Partners' Forum will be provided with:

• maximum 2 overnight stays with breakfast on the dates:
  • 5/6^th October 2022
  • 6/7^th October 2022
• transport for participants from Ukraine (arrival 05/10, departure 07/10) on routes:
  • route A. Rivne – Lutsk – Lublin (and back)
  • route B. Lviv – Lublin (and back)

The deadline for registration for the Partners' Forum is 12^th September. Qualified and unqualified participants (reserve list) will be notified by e-mail by 15^th September. Cancellation of participation in the Forum after 20^th September (or failure to notify of cancellation) will be charged to the qualified person with the costs of unused accommodation. The organisers do not act as an intermediary in carrying out the border crossing formalities.
