In relation to the introduction of the Regulation (EU) 2022/2192 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 9 November 2022 laying down specific provisions for the 2014-2020 cooperation programmes supported by the European Neighbourhood Instrument and under the European territorial cooperation goal, following programme implementation disruption, the PBU Programme has developed the Supplement to the Programme Manuals related to suspension of the Financing Agreement and introduction of Regulation (EU) 2022/2192.
The supplement incorporates new procedures, simplifications, requirements and provisions for PBU beneficiaries concerning the implementation and settlement of PBU projects in partnership with Belarusian participants, as well as practical information concerning implementation of projects by Ukrainian beneficiaries, having in mind disruption resulted from Russia's unprovoked and unjustified military aggression against Ukraine, supported by the government of Belarus.
Supplement has been approved by the Joint Monitoring Committee on 13th February 2023 and shall be considered as a developed version of the Supplement introduced on 16/05/2022
The document is applicable for the LIP, PBU1, PBU2 and PBU3 call for proposal projects.
