We kindly inform you that in order to increase the efficiency of the on-the-spot verifications the Joint Technical Secretariat in cooperation with Polish Control Contact Point have prepared the update of the Guidelines on Expenditure Verification. The Guidelines are addressed to the beneficiaries of all PBU projects and auditors to provide them with necessary information about the auditor's responsibilities and the type and the scope of the verification.

The following sections of the document were supplemented and updated:

• article 2.3. On-the-spot verification by the JTS
• article 3.1. Quality controls by the CCP
