Please be kindly informed that 2^nd Call for Proposals within the frame of CBC Poland Belarus-Ukraine 2014-2020 will be opened in August 2018. The 2^nd CfP will be dedicated to microprojects, offering mainly non-investment activities, e.g. events related to culture, art, sport, education, promotion of history and natural heritage and all kind of similar events supporting cross-border cooperation.  At the same time please be informed that the Joint Technical Secretariat and its Branch Offices do not give individual consultations till the announcement of the call for proposals.

The call will be organized only in both priorities of the Thematic objective HERITAGE:

Priority 1.1 – Promotion of local culture and history

Priority 1.2 – Promotion and preservation of natural heritage.

5,2 M EUR is allocated to finance the selected projects. The grant amount for a microproject is between 20 000 EUR and 60 000 EUR.

Contrary to the 1st CfP, within this Call the projects will be selected in a one-step procedure. The Lead Beneficiaries will submit simplified application forms, assessed before the final decision on granting.

Programme Manual presents general information on the Programme, formal requirements to be fulfilled by the Beneficiaries and the submitted applications, assessment criteria, eligibility of costs, as well as some questions related to project implementation.

Application Pack was approved by the Joint Monitoring Committee during the JMC meeting in Białystok, on 22^nd March 2018.

English version of the documents is binding, nevertheless working translations into Polish, Russian and Ukrainian will be published in May.

Full Application Pack will be available on the Programme website the day of the opening of the Call. Please read all documents carefully before you start working on the Application Form. English version of the documents is official and binding.

During the Call, the Joint Technical Secretariat will support Beneficiaries in preparation of their Application Forms by:

- trainings – IX 2018,

- consultations,

- Partner Search Forum – 26-27 VI 2018 (Brest) and 25-26 VII 2018 (Podkarpackie  voivodeship),

- scientific conferences – VII 2018.
