Regional thematic conferences

Please be kindly informed that a set of regional thematic conferences will be organized soon during preparatory stage of the 2nd Call for Proposals. The purpose of the events is to discuss some practical  issues related to projects under Thematic Objective “Heritage”.

Joint Technical Secretariat invites all, who are interested in taking part in the planned Call, to participate in those conferences.

The conferences will be organised in  all 3 Programme countries:

Poland

- Rzeszów – 02.07.2018,

- Lublin – 03.07.2018,

- Białystok – 09.07.2018,

- Siedlce – 10.07.2018

Ukraine

- Lutsk – 10.07.2018,

- Rivne – 11.07.2018,

- Ivano-Frankivsk – 17.07.2018,

- Ternopil – 18.07.2018,

- Lviv – 20.07.2018,

- Uzghorod – 24.07.2018

Belarus

- Brest  – 17.07.2018

- Homiel –18.07.2018

- Minsk – 19.07.2018

- Hrodna – 20.07.2018

Approximate duration of a conference – 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

During the conferences the following topics will be discussed:

  1. Cultural and natural heritage objects as a tourist products – brand of tourist product
  2. Legal aspects of marking tourist trails/paths in the border zone
  3. Accessibility for disabled people to cultural/natural heritage

Registration of participants will be organised by the Programme Branch Offices.

We do hope they will inspire you to create your own project.

Please be aware that during the conferences we will not inform you on the way of fulfilling and submitting application forms. Trainings for applicants will be organized in September 2018, i.e. after the Call is opened. In the meantime, we invite you to get acquainted with the rules of the Call presented in the Programme Manual, available <here>.
