The e-application (generator) that must be used to create and fill in an application form is available to download here. The application form has to be filled out in English.

The instruction of use in national languages will be put soon on our website.

Please, be aware that the e-application is an off-line tool, installed and working locally on your computer. The file can be updated, so it is necessary to make sure that you are using the most current version.

Please be reminded that before submitting your application form to the JTS you need to finalise it and check if the document has the individual checksum, the same on both electronic and paper version.
