Please be informed that the new version v.2.1 of the Application Form generator is ready and can be downloaded from here. Due to some minor mistakes in the PDF generating process, we strongly recommend to perform this update.

In case you already downloaded the previous version v.2.0, you should update the generator by saving it on your disk and simply installing it (there is no need for uninstalling the previous version).
