The manual is addressed to Polish beneficiaries of the Poland-Belarus-Ukraine Cross-Border Cooperation Programme  2014-2020. The use of the Manual is not a requirement, but it is a useful compendium of knowledge on the practical application of the provisions of the Public Procurement Law during the implementation of projects financed from EU funds. We encourage you to read the manual and use the guidelines contained therein.
