In connection with numerous inquiries concerning applying of the rules of origin and nationality in the projects implemented within the Poland–Belarus–Ukraine 2014-2020 CBC Programme, we would like to explain that requirements of the rules of origin and nationality are not binding in all projects, financed within the Programme.

The release is connected with the fact that the Programme is implemented under shared management principle with the Republic of Poland, while Polish national legislation does not impose any restrictions for procurement in terms of supply origin or contractor nationality.
