We would like to inform that the updated Programme Manual part I, applicable for the beneficiaries of the first Call for Proposals, is available on the Programme web-site.

Introduced modifications include:

• introduction of the new chapter 6.4.3.1 and Annex 10 concerning the competition and procurement rules applicable for private entities from Ukraine and Belarus,

• update of the chapter 6.4.5.1 concerning the specific rules for Polish beneficiaries in regards to the principle of fair competition and equal treatment,

• adjustment of the whole document in regards to the current Programme provisions.

IMPORTANT. Please note that according to introduced modifications, private entities from Ukraine and Belarus shall apply competitive negotiated procedures for any contract above 20.000€, even though articles 53 to 55 of ENI CBC IR request this procedure only over 60.000€. The thresholds indicated below are compulsory.
