We would like to kindly inform you that starting 1st February 2019, the Head of the Joint Technical Secretariat is Andrzej Słodki, who - with a two-year break- has been involved in the Poland-Belarus-Ukraine Programme since 2010. Until 2016, he has been managing  the Programme information and promotion, then, in the Center of European Projects, he managed the European Funds Information Department.
Today, he returns to us as the Head of the JTS.
