Representatives of the Cross-Border Cooperation Programme Poland-Belarus-Ukraine 2014-2020 from the Joint Technical Secretariat took part in the 4rd European Congress of Local Governments, which took place on 26-27 April in Kraków.
The European Congress of Local Governments is a perfect meeting place for self-government leaders, representatives of state administration and elite of science and business. "Local government strategy for the future" is the slogan of this year's edition, which included over 60 events, i.a. program blocks, reports, workshops and panels.
During the Congress, the head of the Joint Technical Secretariat Paweł Słowikowski took part in the panel discussion on "Authenticity of the Carpathians: the role of local government organizations in preserving and promoting cultural heritage".
The head of the JTS presented the perspective and possibilities of cultural heritage development in the Programme area, including in the context of the upcoming second call for proposal (second call for proposal was also devoted to one of the presentations during the Congress).
In addition, Programme had its information stand during two days of the Congress, where all interested parties could learn details about the Programme and the opportunities it offers to the beneficiaries and receive publications devoted to it.
