The Joint Technical Secretariat will provide all beneficiaries who received positive decision on their Concept Notes with trainings on the preparation of Full Application Form.

On behalf of the Ministry of Economic Development of Poland acting as the Managing Authority for the Cross-border Cooperation Programme Poland-Belarus-Ukraine 2014-2020, the Joint Technical Secretariat (hereinafter JTS) of the Programme, is launching the Call for Assessors.
As a result of recent Project Selection Committee and the Joint Monitoring Committee’s decision regarding concept notes submitted within thematic objectives Heritage and Security there was a need to modify the timeframe of the Programme activities in this regard.
Following the decisions taken during two meetings of the Project Selection Committee 334 lead beneficiaries of projects submitted within the thematic objective Heritage and Security received invitation to submit Full Application Form (FAF).
Cross-border Cooperation Programme Poland-Belarus-Ukraine 2014-2020 invites schools from the eligible area of the Programme to take part in the cross-border competition for schools “Let’s Preserve the Cultural Heritage Together!” within the ECDay 2017.
The Project Selection Committee of the CBC Programme Poland-Belarus-Ukraine 2014-2020 held a meeting in Warsaw on the 15th March and assessed 248 concept notes submitted within the Thematic Objective Security during the first call for proposals.

Experts of the Cross-border Cooperation Programme Poland-Belarus-Ukraine 2014-2020 from the Joint Technical Secretariat and Branch Offices from Lviv and Rzeszów took an active role in the 10th EUROPE-UKRAINE Forum. It took place on 27th-28th January in the Congress and Exhibition Centre G2A ARENA in Jasionka near Rzeszów.
Within the first call for proposals of the Cross-border Cooperation Programme Poland-Belarus-Ukraine 2014-2020 there were 745 received concept notes (as of 25/01/2017). The total value of submitted projects amounts to over 1.2 billion euro while the total value of requested co-financing is above 1.1 billion euro which means it is 14 times bigger than the allocation of funds for this call for proposals. More than 2300 organisations from three countries declared being ready to implement the projects.
Please be reminded that the Concept notes can be hand delivered to the Joint Technical Secretariat headquarters on Friday 30.12.2016 until 15:00 local time at latest.

On Tuesday, December 6th, the Joint Technical Secretariat launches a second series of trainings for applicants of the 1st Call for Proposals in Cross-Border Cooperation Programme Poland-Belarus-Ukraine 2014-2020.
The Joint Technical Secretariat invites partners that are jointly preparing the concept notes to the first meeting of the Cross-border Academy of Development initiative. The aim is to increase the quality and substantive value of the projects that are to be submitted under the first call for proposals.
As an additional support within the first call for proposals under the Cross-border Cooperation Programme Poland-Belarus-Ukraine 2014-2020, the Joint Technical Secretariat (JTS) invites all the potential lead applicants to participate in the special training that shall be addressed at projects which are at an advanced stage of their development.
