On February 16th, representatives of the Programme participated in The "Europe of the Carpathians" Conference in Krasiczyn near Przemyśl (Poland).
The PL-BY-UA Programme, together with the Regional Contact Point in Białystok, organized the exhibition of works made by artists from Poland, Belarus and Ukraine.
The Ministry of Finance of Ukraine has launched a call for expression of interest to establish a list of auditors entitled to carry out the expenditure verification of costs borne by Ukrainian beneficiaries within projects financed under the European Neighbourhood Instrument (among others the Programme Poland-Belarus-Ukraine 2014-2020).

The Joint Technical Secretariat has a pleasure to inform on the organization of the training for beneficiaries of the 1st Call for Proposals. The training concerned the implementation of projects selected within the 1st Call for Proposals will be held on 15th November 2018 in Lublin (Hotel Victoria, Narutowicza 58/60 St).
In connection with numerous inquiries concerning applying of the rules of origin and nationality in the projects implemented within the Poland–Belarus–Ukraine 2014-2020 CBC Programme, we would like to explain that requirements of the rules of origin and nationality are not binding in all projects, financed within the Programme.
