There is always a story behind each PBU project. Sometimes these are the stories of people whose lives had been strongly influenced by the projects.
150 participants from several countries participated in the 2nd Carpathian Days of Neighborhood, which took place on 8-10th August on the border of Subcarpathian and Transcarpathian regions.
On the 3rd of August 2019 in Drohiczyn representatives of the Joint Technical Secretariat participated in the kayaking on the river Bug organized by the project "Bug unites us - creation of two cross-border touristic kayak trails" (acronym BugUnitesUs) chosen within the first Call for Proposals.
The project “Improving cross-border environmental protection system in Księżpol Commune in Poland and in the city of Chervonograd in Ukraine - through the development of sewerage infrastructure” (acronym KSICHER) is implemented within the Thematic Objective HERITAGE.
The project “New life of the old city: revitalization of monuments of the historical and cultural heritage of Lutsk and Lublin” (acronym TwoTowers) is implemented within the Thematic Objective HERITAGE.
The Center of European Projects became the partner of the Polish Sociological Congress.
The project “Improvement of road infrastructure in Poviat Sejny and Grodno District” (acronym CrossGovernance) is implemented within the Thematic Objective ACCESSIBILITY.
The project "Strengthening the Volunteer Fire Brigades' potential in saving victims of accidents on the roads of the Lublin Province and the Volyn Oblast" acronym PUFL is implemented within the Thematic Objective SECURITY.

The project “Improvement of border region road infrastructure in the following districts: Zamosc (Poland) and Sokal (Ukraine), combined with promotion of pro-ecology solutions” (acronym ECOROADS) is implemented within the Thematic Objective ACCESSIBILITY.

The project “Improvement of epidemiological safety at the Polish-Belarusian border area” (acronym EPIDSAFE) is implemented within the Thematic Objective SECURITY. The Lead Beneficiary of the project is the Regional Specialist Hospital in Biała Podlaska (PL), and the project partner is Brest Regional Hospital (BY).
