In the second Call for Proposals of the Cross-border Cooperation Programme Poland-Belarus-Ukraine 2014-2020 there were 250 Application Forms received (as of 21.11.2018).
We would like to inform that the updated Programme Manual part I, applicable for the beneficiaries of the first Call for Proposals, is available on the Programme web-site.

The Marshal's Office of the Podkarpackie Voivodship announces the recruitment for a senior specialist at the Rzeszów Branch Office under the Cross-Border Cooperation Programme Poland -Belarus - Ukraine 2014-2020.
In connection with numerous inquiries concerning applying of the rules of origin and nationality in the projects implemented within the Poland–Belarus–Ukraine 2014-2020 CBC Programme, we would like to explain that requirements of the rules of origin and nationality are not binding in all projects, financed within the Programme.
The Joint Technical Secretariat has a pleasure to inform on the organization of the training for beneficiaries of the 1st Call for Proposals. The training concerned the implementation of projects selected within the 1st Call for Proposals will be held on 15th November 2018 in Lublin (Hotel Victoria, Narutowicza 58/60 St).
We would like to kindly inform you that in the Documents tab we have published the "Handbook of the applicant and the beneficiary of the cohesion policy programs for 2014-2020 - Procurement granted as part of projects".
Regarding questions concerning technical aspects of working with the generator to fill in the application forms, we would like to kindly remind you that, according to the provisions of point 188.8.131.52. of the Programme Manual for the second call for proposals, the Applicants must fill in the Application Form using the e-application (generator) available on the Programme website.
2nd Call for Proposals will end on 31st October, 2018.
On October 17-19, 2018 the International Scientific Conference on “Problems of Forecasting and State Regulation of Socio-Economic Development” took place in Minsk, the conference was organized by the Scientific and Research Economic Institute of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Belarus with participation of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Belarus, Maksim Ermolovich and Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Belarus, Dmitry Matusevich.
On October 18, 2018 in Lviv the training on implementation and reporting for the beneficiaries of the 1stCall for Proposals took place.

On 8th October, in Przemyśl, the Undersecretary of State of Ministry of Investment and Economic Development Adam Hamryszczak signed another contract for the implementation of the Large Infrastructure Project „Expansion of the regional road no. 885 Przemyśl – Hermanowice – State Border in km 3 +642 – 10 + 257”
On 4th October in the "Złota Góra" hotel complex near Uzhgorod, under the Carpathian Euroregion Forum, the grant contract for co-financing the project " Joint protection of people and environment through the creation of Ukrainian-Polish system of disasters prevention and response in the Carpathian Euroregion " was signed.
On 1st October, in Polańczyk, as part of the "Programme for Bieszczady" Conference the Undersecretary of State of Ministry of Investment and Economic Development Adam Hamryszczak signed another contract for co-financing a project under the Thematic Objective Security.
