In relation to questions concerning the settlement of staff costs on a basis of lump sum (provisions of the Grant Contract § 5 point 5), and in order to ensure the consistent approach to all beneficiaries, please find below the interpretation of the above provisions prepared by the Managing Authority (MA).
The project responds to the problems identified in the border regions of three countries, relating particularly low communication accessibility, poor quality of road infrastructure and inefficient transportation system.

On 29-30th October we organized an Opening Conference for PBU2 micro-projects which was held in scenic Białowieża
On October 23-25, 2019 our Programme in cooperation with Uzhhorod National University organized an International Scientific Conference "Security of the area covered by the Cross-border Cooperation Programme Poland-Belarus-Ukraine".

On 17th October 2019 the XX International Scientific Conference “Problems of forecasting and state regulation of socio-economic development” took place in Minsk, Belarus.
The PaNTHer project partners need to face the problem of poor technical condition of the infrastructure and its insufficient accessibility in the Przemyski Poviat (PL) and the Staryi Sambir.
Although the current Programme seems to be just started, the works on the future Programme edition, for years 2021-2027, were already initiated.
