On 17th April 2019, during the meeting in Niasviž, Belarus, the Joint Monitoring Committee of the Programme (JMC) approved the results of the 2nd Call for Proposals.
On 7-11 April, almost 30 representatives of Ukrainian local self-governments took part in the study visit to Poland organized by the Cross-border Programme Poland-Belarus-Ukraine 2014-2020 in cooperation with the Carpathian Euroregion – Ukraine.

On February, 22 in Yaremche (Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast) grant contract for the project "Adaptation of former observatory on the Pip Ivan mountain to the needs of alpine rescue service training center” was signed.
On 23th February, representatives of the Programme took part in the 3rd National Forum of Local Governments in Jasionka near Rzeszów.
The PL-BY-UA Programme, together with the Regional Contact Point in Białystok, organized the exhibition of works made by artists from Poland, Belarus and Ukraine.
