The Lead Beneficiary of the project is the Regional Specialist Hospital in Biała Podlaska (PL), and the project partner is Brest Regional Hospital (BY).

The lead beneficiary is Lubelskie Voivodeship (PL, represented in the project by the Regional Road Administration in Lublin), and the project partner is Volyn Regional State Administration (UA).
